Canadian delivery

London’s Choice currently fulfils purchases within Canada. Canadian orders receive tracked delivery. The current estimated delivery range is 2–8 business days after dispatch. The available shipping rate is displayed before payment.

Order processing

Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order is prepared for delivery. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier operations, weather and peak periods.

Freeze-damage replacement

If your order arrives with verified freeze damage, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the shipment and arrange an eligible replacement under our freeze-damage replacement commitment.

United States orders

United States delivery and paid ordering are not available yet. US shoppers can submit a free, non-binding launch reservation. No payment is taken, and a reservation is not an order.
